She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Loftis and Mary Webb Loftis; her husband James Fred Hendrix; her daughter Debbie Hayes; and her sisters, Joyce Gardner and Gail McCraw.
She is survived by: her sons, Todd Anthony (Susan), Scott Hendrix (Maria), James Hendrix, Jr. (Andrea) and Roger Hendrix (Angie Fink); her stepdaughter Tammy Mitchem (Kenny); and her siblings, Linda Hoppes and Donny Loftis. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
