With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Julia Pouncy of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on May 21, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Davis and Julia Davis of Ware Shoals, SC; her husband Frank; her siblings, Nelle Boone, John and Louis Davis of Greenwood, SC; her daughters, Elizabeth Fortune (Ken), Meg McConnell (Brad) and Lynn Findley (Bill); her grandchildren, Melissa, Sarah, Bradley, Megan, Billy, Clay and Jamey; and her great grandchildren, Ainsley, Caleb, Luke, Neely Kate, Clara Rose, Jaxson, Parker and Alex. She was also cherished by mother to her three daughters and her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to her beloved St. Thomas.
