We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 91, Julia Ann Carpenter of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Poplin and Rosa Poplin; her children, Sidney Gene, Jimmy Sherrill Carpenter and Welcoming; her daughters-in-law, Mary T Tonelli and Janie Carpenter; and her great grandchildren, Erin, Rob Sanders, River, Charleston, Christopher, Hilary Carpenter, Addyson, Julia Carpenter, Kyle, Maria Carpenter, Kenan, Timmy, Niki Carpenter, Gunnar, Keri Carpenter, Kristen and Joe Wortkoetter Baptized. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren, their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made in Julia's name to Samaritan's Purse, Boone, NC.
