He is survived by: his wife Shirlina Juarez Howard; his father Thomas Adams; his children, Riley Howard and Colby Howard; his brother Mark Adams (April); his father-in-law Ismael H. Juarez; his brothers-in-law, Anthony I. Juarez, Ryan T. Juarez (Jennifer) and Seth; and also, Blake and Tanner.
