He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Solomon Sr. and Shirley Theobald Solomon; and his brother James Solomon. He is survived by: his wife Geri Buckles Solomon; his children, William John Solomon (Rachel) and Lori Solomon (Lori Umstead); his siblings, Beth Wood, Chris Solomon, Greg Solomon and Tom Solomon (Cathy); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Logan, Bailey and Ansley; and his great grandchild Deklyn.
