He was predeceased by: his parents, Helene Doll and Anthony Doll; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his son Joshua; his daughter-in-law Melissa of Winston-Salem, NC; his daughter Jessica Doll of Troutman, NC; his stepson Christopher Sexton; his stepson-in-law Brian Pace of Manassas, VA; his grandchildren, Spencer Doll, Brycen Doll, Evelyn Leverone and Louise Leverone; his sister-in-law Phyllis Doll of Coldwater, OH; and his aunt Irene Schilling of Coldwater, OH. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew; and eight grandnieces and grandnephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Lung Cancer Research Foundation, the Cancer Hope Network, or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
