He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago Serralles and Maria Consuelo Ortiz Serralles; his wife Iris Martinez Serralles; and his siblings, Anna Serralles, Connie Bonilla, Alice Fallon and Jimmy Serralles.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Koehler (Oscar, Jr.), John Serralles, Jr. (Daniela Sere) and Jeanine Serralles (Andrew Cortese); his granddaughter Antonia Iris Cortese; and his friend Shirley Alexander.
