We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2024, at the age of 84, Joe Max Pender of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Cornelius, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Pender and Minnie Lee Isenhour Pender; and his siblings, Buddy T. Pender, Billy R. Pender and Sara D. Gant.
He is survived by: his wife Cacheeta "Chi-Chi" Pender; his children, Larry D. Kennedy, Lisa K. Charles (Chris) and Christina R. Pender; his brother Jerry M. Pender of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Joseph Charles, Cheltsea Kennedy and Amanda Yancey; and his great grandchildren, Jaxsyn, Easton, Tanner, Caselyn, Bragin and Talis.
