With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Hamilton Trevino of Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Ilion, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2020 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Giuliana Falconieri (Daniel Di Stefano); her stepson Eric Hines (Dominique); her stepgrandchildren, Nevaeh, Nah, Zir, Za'Naviah and Zymir; her pet Bear; her parents, Rob Hamilton and Mimi Hamilton; her siblings, Renee Reed (David), David Hamilton (Susan) and Gary Hamilton (Heidi); her nieces and nephews, Cassandra Helms (Kevin) and Lauren Hamilton; her nieces and nephews, Caitlyn Reed, Christopher Reed, Jack Hamilton, Grant Hamilton and Brady Hamilton; and also Santana. She is also survived by family members and friends.
