She was predeceased by: her parents, William Szanyi and Helen Szanyi; her husband James Peyton; and her brother William. She is survived by: her daughters, Gail Markgraf (Deryl) of Colleyville Texas, Karen Hood (Danny) of Chapin, SC and Janice Clayton (Dan) of Mooresville; and her grandchildren, Sonja White (Nathan), Jason Caughron (Dana), Stancil Hood (Courtney), William DiMaggio (Jessie), Matthew Whitmill (Amber), Kendall Thompson (David) and Brian Clayton. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers donations in her memory to her favorite charity, the American Heart Association, would be appreciated.
