We are sad to announce that on April 2, 2018, at the age of 89, Joan Ballard (Mooresville, North Carolina), born in Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Earl Ballard. She is survived by: her children, Kirk Ballard (Rosemary), Jill Chronister (Gary) and Kitt Ballard (Dale); her sister Peggy Davis; her grandson Duke Ballard (Suzi); her stepson Monte Ballard; and her granddaughters, Elizabeth, Megan (Dempsey), Rachel, Katie and Rebecca.
