He was predeceased by: his parents, James Brown and Bert Jonas Brown; and his brothers, Bob and Roy Brown. He is survived by: his wife Doris Byrd Brown; and his children, Randy Philemon, Cindy Sahms and Freddy Philemon. He is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
