She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Coneheign Cope and Jessie Rae Oates Cope; her husband Earl Fowler; and her daughter Susan G. Coignard. She is survived by: her daughter Gayle Long (Mike); her grandchildren, Benjamin Bennett, Kimberly Sloop (Terry), Heather Adams (Travis), Phillip Coignard and Jesse Coignard; and her great grandchildren, Kaleigh Sloop, Piper Bennett and Kyndal Sloop.
