He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Willard Parker, Sr. and Willie Kathleen Isenhour Parker; his grandsons, Anthony Johnson and Justin Parker; and his siblings, Shirley Parker, Barbara Thomas and Roger Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Elder Parker; his children, Jeffrey Allen Parker (Tammy), Marcus Wayne Parker and Trena Parker Johnson; his brothers, Jerry Parker (Trudy), Larry Parker, Lonnie Parker and Tony Parker (Kathy); his grandchildren, Brian Johnson (Julie), Alex Poole, Michelle Parker (Nick Stange), Jordan Parker (Chris Jarrett, Jr.) and Adam Ryoti; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Cooper, Layla, Ryder and Nolan.
