He was predeceased by: his father James R. Staley; and his brothers, Jack, Jerry and Jim Staley. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Bostian Staley Bell; and his sons, Scott Staley (Brittany), Jamie Staley and Jay Staley (Laura). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
