He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Flagg. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Harden Flagg; his children, Ashley Flagg and Austin Martin Flagg (Amber W. Flagg); his siblings, Cynthia Flagg, Linda Wack (David Wack) and Kenneth Flagg, Jr.; his nieces, Amy Wack, Katie O'Berry and Holly Smith; and his nephew David Wack II.
