He is survived by: his parents, Edgar Marshall Teeter (Nancy) and Darlene Caldwell Penninger (Richard); his wife Gina Harwell Teeter; his sons, Hunter Teeter and Noah Teeter; his brother Doug Teeter (Rebecca); his half-brother Ryan Penninger; his stepsiblings, Rusty Parker, Don Parker and Brooke Edwards; his niece Anna Teeter; his nephews, Davis Teeter, Garrett Harrington, Brandon Parker and Justin Parker; and his mother-in-law Judy Harwell.
