She was predeceased by: her son Greg; her brother Kenneth Knecht; and her sister-in-law Betty Knecht. She is survived by: her husband Harry; her children, Lynda Schafer (Brian) of Troutman, NC and Mike Lackey (Carrie) of Mooresville, NC; and her grandson Lane Schafer of Troutman, NC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Janet M. Lackey, formerly of Copley, Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2018 at her residence in Mooresville, NC surrounded by her family after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
