He is survived by: his wife Hazel Bost Freeze; his sons, Terry Freeze, James Freeze (Palmie), Tony Freeze (Mary Ann) and Mark Freeze (Sharon); his grandchildren, Daniel (Elizabeth), Melissa (Dustin), Robbie, Alison (Daren), Laura (Michael), Sam (Alex) and Clara (Will); his great grandchildren, Carmen, Trevor, Jared, Kane, Walker, Henry and Leecia; and his children, Oasis Shriners, Doug Mayes Place and Charlotte.
