He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Torrence Holt; his children, Sharon Holt McMillan (Benjamin), Quincy and Catrina Holt Chambers (Louis); and his brothers, Francis Holt (Almeader), Leonard T. Holt Landis (Shirley), Larry Holt (Lee Esther) and John Willie Holt (Peggy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
