He is survived by: his wife June Loftis Hendrix; and his children, Todd Anthony (Susan), Scott Hendrix (Maria), Jamy Hendrix (Andrea), Roger Hendrix (Angie Fink) and Tammie Mitchem (Kenny). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
