With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Buford Loggans in Mooresville, North Carolina, born in Bristol, Virginia, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Jane Collins (Patrick) and James Bishop Loggans; and his sister Patricia Anne Keola-Colella (Loggans). He is survived by: his stepsister Darla Sue Miller (Collins) of Nelson County, VA; his niece Tammye Jayne Keola of Mooresville, NC; his great-nephew Justin Patrick Mahon (Giselle Lynn); and also Tristan Patrick Mahon. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his honor.
