He is survived by: his wife Clara Neilson; his sons, Jack Neilson and Thomas Wilcox (Ashton); his stepchildren, Jason Myers, Tammy Davis and Carla Phillips; and his siblings, David L. Neilson (Mary), Robert Neilson, Darlene Neilson Moore and Debbie Neilson Hayes. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
