Jack Edgar Moore Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Edgar Moore of Mooresville, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 11, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Flate Moore and Hattie Griffin Moore; his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Shields Moore; his siblings, Johnny Moore, Fred Moore, Billy Moore, Ellen Clark and Sylvia Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Clark and Mildred Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Lane (Tommy), Nancy Davidson (Jeff), Jackie Justice (Ronny Williams) and Danny Moore; his siblings, Jim Moore and Linda Earley; his sister-in-law Cheryl Moore; his grandchildren, Jessica Stanley (Tee), John Patrick Justice (Allison), Daniel Moore and Alyssa Moore; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Emma, Grace, James, Sam, Charlie and Maggie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Heritage House of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Glenwood Memorial Park (273 Glenwood Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115).
