He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parker and Mary Louise Cubbedge Parker. He is survived by: his wife Betty Felts Parker; his children, Crystal Beals (Mark) and Jerry Hartley, Jr.; his sister Betty Sheffield (Frederick); his grandchildren, Alan, Jordan, Taylor, Caleb and Alicia; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Lucas and Gabriel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
