It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Ostwalt Misenheimer (Mooresville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Gaither B. Ostwalt; her husband Willie L. Misenheimer; and her siblings, Bob Ostwalt, Hazel O. Anderson (Pete) and Juanita O. Brown (Carl).
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Waugh (Jerry); her grandchildren, Stephen Waugh (Tracy) and Amy Corriher (Mike); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Madeleine, Victoria Waugh, John Michael and Lauren Corriher; her sister Jean O. Blackwelder; and her sister-in-law Osteen Ostwalt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, 1162 East Monbo Road, Statesville, NC 28677.
