He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Collins and Vivian Rankin Collins; and his son Brian Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Norkett Collins; his children, Scott (Tonya), Barry (Glennis), Jill (John) and Missy (Gene); his grandchildren, Ashley, Cody, Kara, Nick, Riley, Zach, Megan, Brianna and Caden; his great grandchildren, Owen, Lily and Brayleigh; and his brother Michael Collins (Elaine) of State Road, NC.
Memorials may be made to Living Waters Church or Community Home Care & Hospice.
