She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Burns and Edna Turley Burns; her former husband William Earl Meeks; her husband Billy Bell; and her siblings, Juanita Burns Fryer and E. J. Burns.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverly Meeks Lincomfelt and Carla Meeks Towery (David); her sister Nelda Partee (Ed); her grandchildren, Chad Towery (Candice), Jimmie Lincomfelt, Jr. (Summer) and Josh Lincomfelt (Erin); and her great grandchildren, Camden and Charlie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends.
