It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Baxter Norman of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Norman and Mary Frances Davis Norman; his wife Peggy Ann Pinkston Norman; his children, Sherry Barber and Larry Pinkston; and his sister Julia Norman.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Griffin (Griff), Tawanna Vanderburg, Michelle Allison, Michael Allison, Corey Norman, Percy Barber (Sue), Gerald Barber (Angela), Stephanie Barber, Ruth Barber, Barbara Stewart (Steve), Sophia Norman and Faye Jones; and his siblings, Donnie Norman and Peggy Ann Pinkston. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
