He was predeceased by: his parents, George Nicholas and Florence Thein; his siblings, Clarence, Carol, Lorretta and Marcella; and his son Mark Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Katherine Wachtler; his children, Richard (Arlene), Mary Erigero (Steve), Christopher (Sande) and Donald (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Morgann, Jacob, Alaina, Benjamin, Daniel, Lillian, Davin, Carey and Charlie; and his sister Germaine Hall.
