She was predeceased by: her son Mark Goodman; and her parents, Margaret Mills and Thomas A. Leonard. She is survived by: her husband Robert Goodman; and her children, Meg (Kevin), Bubba, Tom (Lauren) and Phil.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cavin Cook Funeral Home ((Hwy 150), 494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (217 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any charitable donations be made in her honor to Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County, 2347 Simonton Road, Statesville, NC 28677.
