He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Fullen and Thelma Artrip Fullen; his son Timothy J. Fullen; his siblings, Laverne Saddler, Herbert Jr., Robert, Bill and Jerry Fullen; his granddaughter Destiny Fullen; and his great grandchild Dezmon Wyatt.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Farmer Fullen; his children, Elizabeth D. Fullen, JB Fullen Jr. (Sandy) and Jamie B. Fullen; his brother Benny Fullen; his grandchildren, Trea, Amber, Caroline, Tori, Matthew, Robbie, Allie, Joey and Dahlia; and his great grandchildren, Aiden, Cameron, Colton, Jet, Shasta, Mallory and Finn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
