He is survived by: his wife Linda Lineberger Tevepaugh; his sons, Freddy Tevepaugh (Marcos) and Donnie Tevepaugh (Angela); his siblings, Elaine Prowker, Robert Tevepaugh (Annie) and Tony Tevepaugh (Sherry); and his grandsons, Nicolas, Nathan and Jacob Tevepaugh.
