It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Felipe Estuardo Saenz of Mooresville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Enrique Saenz and Maria Guadalupe Aguilar; and his brother Carlos Enrique Saenz. He is survived by: his wife Beatriz Saenz; his children, Steven Saenz (Mackenzie) and Michelle Smith (Christopher); his grandchildren, Gracelyn Mae Smith and Elias Reid Saenz; his sisters, Marielena Escobar, Ana Violeta Saenz, Monica, Rossario Saenz and Maria Elizabeth Saenz; and his parents-in-law, Antonio Jose Gamba and Beatriz Gamba-Jimenez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The American Diabetes Association are welcomed in honor of Phil's memory.
