She was predeceased by: her parents, James Winchester and Nellie Pippin Robbins; her husband Paul Edward Cook; her siblings, James, Eugene, Carl, Jack, Emily Karriker, Ruth Illingworth and Colleen Davis; her sons, Robin and Stephen; and her granddaughter Carri Cook.
She is survived by: her son Larry Cook (Kay) of Troutman; and her grandchildren, Christopher Cook, Megan Cook (Coty), Katie Datre (Greg), Chase Bagwell and Madison Cook. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
