She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Sloan and Catherine Beal Sloan; her husband Jesse Melton Barbour; and her sons, Gary W. Barbour and Mark A. Barbour.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Patricia Baldwin Barbour; her granddaughter Jessica Barbour; and her great grandchildren, Dakota Hood and Vincent Robinson.
