It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Haggart (Mooresville, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Boarts and Ethel Boarts; and her sister Jean Baker. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her sons, Dan Haggart (Emily) and Tim Haggart Sr. (Laura); her brother Larry Boarts (Becky); and her grandchildren, TJ, Amy, Elena and Trenton.
