He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hager; his children, Lisa (Mike Brasche), Kevin (Kathy Hager), Denise (Mark Teague), Cynthia (Eddie Black) and Erica (Art Holdsclaw); his grandchildren, Christina Hartzell, Erin Richter, Austin Brasche, Joshua Hager, Carmen Willmore, Joseph Black, Rebecca Black, Matthew Teague, Abigail Holdsclaw, Samuel Holdsclaw, Amanda Teague and Zachary Teague; and his great grandchildren, Douglas Willmore, Michael Richter, Hunter Willmore, Jaxon Hartzell, Hazel Richter, Ryder Hartzell, Jeffrey Richter, Zach Black, Houston Black and Sister Phyllis Rhinehart.
