She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oliver and Pearl Dobson Vinson. She is survived by: her husband Odell Stamey, Jr.; her children, Van Stamey and Robbi Stamey of Connecticut; her grandchildren, Jared Allen Stamey, Jessica Lauren Stamey and Charles "Tripp" Ray Reid III; and her sisters, Faye Hargett of Concord, Betty Osborne of Norwood and Martha Stroup. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
