He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Eugene Lee and Grace Craig Lee; and his wife Elizabeth Burpee Lee. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Lee Jolley (Maxie Gene Jolley, II) and Michaele Lee Konefal (John Buckley Konefal); his grandchildren, Maxie Gene Jolley, III, Ashlan Lee Jolley, Ellese Johansen Murphy (James Patrick Murphy) and Sydney Grace Johansen; and his great grandchild Sofia Rose Murphy.
