He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bruce Green and Gwendolyn Fox Green. He is survived by: his wife Rita Ann Bass Green; and his siblings, Danny Green (Deb) and Pam Sturgeon (Kim Cross). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
