She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Webster Wilhelm and Margaret Winecoff Wilhelm; her husband James Armstrong; and her sisters, Barbara Hunsucker and Carol Wallace.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce W. Cannon and Rev. Sylvia Wilhelm. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
