She is survived by: her husband Donald Scherr; her sons, Scott Scherr (Anne) and Todd Scherr (Ellen); her sister Faith Meselsohn; and her grandchildren, Stephanie, Sophia, Samantha, Madeline and Logan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friends.
