He was predeceased by: his father Bill Miller; and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his mother Doris Miller; his wife Phyllis Miller; his children, Amanda (Philip) and Allison; and his siblings, Marilyn (Alec), Jim (Cindy) and Jan (Mike).
