He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Moore and Gloria Moore. He is survived by: his wife Angie Moore; his stepdaughters, Vicki Gleeson (Todd), Laura Rieger and Christine Simrell (Roy); his grandchildren, Ivy, Austin Gleeson, Tyler Rieger, Connor and Megan Simrell; his brothers, Jim (Karen), Ken Wellhausen, Bob (Patti) and Greg Moore (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Jimbo, Jackie, Jennifer, Lindy, Pam, Robert Charles, Kristal and David. He is also survived by spouses, and several great nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
