He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Caldwell and Nadine Compton Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Shuler Caldwell; his children, Chad Caldwell and Cindy London (Rodney); his grandchildren, Bradly and Kimberly London; and his cousins, Sheri Stutts Ellington (Herb) and Jason Parker.
