He was predeceased by: his father Grady Mundy; and his sister Leisa Mundy. He is survived by: his son Danny Joe Mundy (Candy) of Mooresville; his siblings, Michael Mundy of Mooresville, Lori McDaniels of Mooresville and Becky Insogna (George) of Mooresville; his aunt Willine Kennerly of Mooresville; and his former wife Linda Thompson Mundy of Mooresville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
