It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cunal Arlene Smith (Mooresville, North Carolina), born in Alexander, North Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2018, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Earl David Smith. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Walker (Richard), Earlene Estes (Hubert), Harold Wayne Smith (Joyce) and Judy Smith Nilsson; her sister Mary Elizabeth Mason; and her grandchildren, Gary Estes (Lisa), Anna Rathbone (Rodney), Marya Goodnight, David Smith, Lisa Smith (Greg), Paula Bell (Jeff), Phillip Smith (Katie), Cindy Nabar (Rein), Loretta Ross (Roger) and Dennis Walker. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.
