She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hartsell and Clara Sherrill Hartsell; her husband Paul Sloan Kennerly; and her sister Kathrine Morrow. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Morrison (Kimball) of Huntersville, Nancy Buffaloe (David) of Raleigh and Nyra Moore (Vance) of Mooresville; and her grandchildren, Paulette Morrison, Aleha Buffaloe Cantu, Burton Buffaloe, Hannah Moore Nicely and Paul Moore. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
