He is survived by: his grandson Scouting; his wife Ruth Elledge Wagoner; his children, David Wagoner (Janet), Derwin Wagoner (Karen), Jose Passerino, Jorge "Kico" Rojas and Jose Araya (Christina); his siblings, John Wagoner (Rose), Jim Wagoner, Joe Wagoner (Wanda) and Rose Safrit; his grandchildren, Andrew Wagoner, Devin Houser (Brad), Ashley Wagoner (Michael Nipper) and David A. Wagoner; and his great grandchild Chloe Houser.
